When you fill in the contact form on our website, we receive the information you provide yourself: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We do not collect any data beyond what you actively share with us.

We use this data solely to respond to your question or request, for example about a machine, part or repair. Your data is not used for marketing purposes, and you will not receive newsletters or advertising from us unless you explicitly ask for it.

We process your data based on your own consent (filling in and submitting the contact form) and our legitimate interest in being able to respond to your request.
Retention period
We do not keep the data from the contact form longer than necessary to handle your request and any follow-up, with a maximum of 2 years after the last contact moment.
