Terms & conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements, deliveries, repairs and sales of machinery by Budding Techniek, located at Cuneraweg 266 in Rhenen, the Netherlands.
Offer and pricing
The offer on this website is compiled with care, but is subject to typographical errors, interim sales and availability. Prices shown are indicative; the final price is set out in the quote or order confirmation.
Second-hand machinery
Second-hand machines are sold in the condition they are in at the time of purchase. Before delivery we check the machine's operation; any known visible defects are reported in advance. Normal wear consistent with the age and use of the machine is not grounds for a complaint.
Warranty
Statutory warranty provisions apply to repairs and parts. For second-hand machines, warranty, where applicable, is agreed per machine and set out in the quote or order confirmation.
Delivery and collection
Delivery or collection takes place by arrangement. As soon as the machine is ready, we will contact you to agree on a date.
Payment
Payment is made as agreed in the quote or stated on the invoice. If you have any questions about an invoice or payment, please contact us.
Liability
Budding Techniek is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of a delivered machine or use contrary to the accompanying instructions, except in the case of intent or gross negligence on our part.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Budding Techniek. In the event of a dispute, we prefer to seek mutual agreement first, before considering legal proceedings.
